Great question!  The answer is a resounding NO!

While we think it is great fun and super motivating to see many of you reporting your weight loss results by video each week, it is not a requirement for the Plus Size Bloggers Tracking Contest.

We know that not all bloggers have video cameras so we don’t want to leave anyone out.

You could take a quick snap shot of your scale if you really want visible ‘proof’ of your weight for your report, but even that isn’t necessary.

We’re not the weight loss police, we’re not asking anyone to PROVE that they’ve lost weight.  We only want to cheer you on as you make your weekly updates!

It is our intention to support and encourage everyone who blogs about their weight loss efforts, with good old fashioned accountability and rewards!
