This month we’re going back to looking at the numbers on the scale. We’re looking to lose 15 pounds in 12 weeks. That’s more than doable! It’s considered healthy to lose 1-2 lbs a week so 15 lbs in 12 weeks is a healthy and ‘safe’ rate to lose weight at.

Rules are easy: Post a beginning entry on Monday June 6th with your starting weight.  Title your post Starting Weigh In: Plus Size Bloggers Tracking Challenge: Bye Bye Booties!

Then on Monday August 29th you must post another entry showing your ending weight and the TOTAL loss over the course of the 12 weeks.
